Aramix Launches as 3rdPlace and Aramis Unite to Drive Industrial AI Innovation
Datrix announced the acquisition of Aramis, a company specialized in AI-driven industrial analytics, reliability engineering, and predictive maintenance solutions. The transaction involves an initial acquisition of 60% of Aramis, with options to acquire the remaining 40% in the following years, subject to growth and profitability targets.
By combining Aramis with Datrix’s subsidiary 3rdPlace, the Group has created a new entity called “Aramix”, focused on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to industrial and business processes. The acquisition strengthens Datrix’s Machine Learning & Model Serving division, expands its expertise in Industry 5.0 applications, and enhances its international growth opportunities.
The strategic rationale behind the deal is to accelerate the adoption of scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, risk management, and decision-making across industrial sectors such as energy, transportation, manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare.
